AIRHAWKE provides comprehensive engineering, design and approvals to conversion and completion centers, as well as OEMs and MROs worldwide, enabling them to convert or complete an aircraft for VIP, special mission, or cargo roles. In your role, you will be:

  • Reporting directly to the Engineering Director.
  • Responsible of specific design work packages with the support and oversight of the assigned Engineering Lead.
  • Generate 3D models, working 2D drawings, 2D detail drawings and bills of material for equipment, sub-assemblies or products using CATIA V5, AutoCAD and/or Solidworks.
  • Execute assigned work per the agreed schedule while respecting the design constraints, guidelines and standards.
  • Prepare design review presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Self Motivated detail-oriented team player, demonstrating good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to direct oneself autonomously with initiative and proactivity.
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry, specifically in interior completions and systems would be an asset.
  • Proficient with CATIA V5 (Mechanical Design Workbench) & Solidworks.
  • Experience in Generative Shape Design Workbench within CATIA V5 & 3DS PLM would be an asset.
  • Proficient in written and verbal French and English.
  • College degree in design/drafting or University degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
